Wine made in the style of vintage wines from the Douro region in Portugal. It is produced from Petite-Sira grapes from the Judean Hills region, which were selected and grown specifically for this purpose. During the alcoholic fermentation, the grapes were added to the tank, and after a day they were compressed and the wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Carmel Vintage 2004 has an impressive intensity of color, aromas of black blackberry, dried fruit and dark chocolate. It is rich and has a strong structure with a balanced sweetness. To preserve the maximum potential of the wine, the wine is bottled without filtration processes and, therefore, can produce a natural residue during the aging in the bottle.
